Two model year 2007 Toyota Camry hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs) entered Accelerated testing during July 2006 in a fleet in Arizona. After reaching 160,000 miles each, the two Camry HEVs had their traction batteries tested before they are retired. Vehicle fact sheets and maintenance logs have been posted for these HEVs on nearby www pages. The posted information includes: miles driven, fuel economy, operations and maintenance requirements, operating costs, and lifecycle costs. The two Camry HEVs were driven a total of 320,189 miles. However, during the final month of operations, November 2009, 486 miles were driven on the final Camry but no fuel was added, so the final cumulative fuel use is 33.6 mpg based on the 319,703 miles accumulated at the end of October 2008.
